The chapel is located in the Calle de las Monjas, in the vicinity of the disappeared monastery of the Piedad. The construction project has been worked out by María José García, the design of the belfry by Aurelio Madrigal and the fresco paintings by the painter Francisco Sánchez. On the dome the four Evangelists are being represented, as well as the belfries of the parish church and the church of the disappeared monastery, as well as the Opening of the Heavens with the Holy Ghost. On the right-hand wall the old coat of arms of the brotherhood, the custody and an open mountain with the image of Our Lady of La Bella, as well as a placard of praise to the Holy Sacrament are depicted. The stained glass represents the Annunciation of Leonardo Da Vinci. Apart from the image of Our Lady of Solitude we can contemplate the simpecao (emblem with the inscription of the Immaculate Conception) of the brotherhood, a Christ Child from the 19th century, an old canopy, the processional cross of plated silver, the gold embroidered cubrecupón (veil that covers the ciborium) of the 18th century, an edict proclaimed by Pope Paul V in the 16th century and the four books that contain the history of the Brotherhood since 1750.
