JOHN HOLLAND GALLERY is an art gallery that is part of the activities of the ASOCIACIÓN CULTURAL PINTOR SANTANA, for the dissemination of fine art in Lepe and the province of Huelva.
The Gallery is a not-for-profit project, with an initial stage of one year or more to exhibit in Lepe the different art movements (Realism, Surrealism, Geometric, Expressionism, Abstract Art, etc.)
To do this, we are collaborating with prominent art galleries in Madrid specializing in these movements and they will work with us as curators for the exhibitions.
In a second stage, we will exhibit private art collections and in our third stage, we will exhibit individual artists well-known in these different styles.
The "ASOCIACIÓN CULTURAL PINTOR SANTANA" is made up of, among others, the painter himself, Enrique Romero Santana, an artist of recognized prestige who is the recipient of the Medal of Andalusia (2001), among many other distinctions, with works in public and private collections from Helsinki to San Francisco, especially Chicago, and a presence in the most important galleries and well-known art fairs in Europe and America.
John Holland,an expert in marketing and business strategies at one of the world's largest communications companies, lives in Lepe and believes in the need to promote the fine arts un the city.
Both, as the partners for this project, have acquired and restored one of the most beautiful and oldest houses in Lepe at Calle Real 26.
