We inform you that personal data you provide upon registration on the Website, as well as data you provide as a result of the use of the Portal, will be treated for the purposes of managing your user registration and providing the services, as well as, in general, for the maintenance, development and control of the relationship established between the Registered User and the managing body of the Web Portal. In this respect, you may in any case object to your data being treated for such purpose, by email to the following address turismo@lepe.es or by contacting Lepe Town Council.
The website’s managing body has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of its data and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, all in compliance with the provisions of Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Implementing Regulation of the LOPD.
The text fields identified as mandatory in the User Registration form must necessarily be filled in by the interested parties. Failure to fill in part of them could prevent the processing of your User Registration. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by sending a communication, including a copy of your ID, to the following e-mail address turismo@lepe.es or by contacting Lepe Town Council.
Furthermore, we inform you that the managing body does in no case request any specially protected data for your registration or participation in the Web Portal.
Liability
The Registered User agrees to comply strictly with the Terms of Use and not to use the website for any illegal or fraudulent purposes or not expressly authorized according to the Terms of Use. To this end, the Registered User shall be liable for any legal consequences arising from a breach of the provisions contained in these Terms of Use.
The managing body shall only be liable for any damages to the Registered User upon usage of the Web Portal, when such damages are due to willful intent.
Interaction with other social networks
The Technology Platform "Smart Tourism and Transparent Governance in Lepe" offers the possibility of interacting with other social networks by posting comments, evaluations, recommendations and links on tourism resources and any other options allowed by the interoperability and integration services of social networks. This shall always be done under the supervision of their owners and with the required authorization through authentication forms which will request your username and password for such social networks or service portals. The aforementioned social networks are subject to their own conditions of use and Privacy Policies, and the user is therefore advised to check their content before using such tools.
In any case, the managing entity of the “Smart Tourism and Transparent Governance” Portal in Lepe is not responsible for any errors, failures and / or damages that may be caused by the improper use of such functionalities or by problems linked to the service of the other social networks.
Modification of the Conditions of Use
These Terms of Use are applicable at present. However, the managing body reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Use at any time in compliance with the regulations in force, without a retrospective effect.
